ON THE PROPERTY: COMMON ROOM - has sitting area, tables and chairs, games, 42” TV, a video and book library, Free WIFI, complimentary drinks, homemade snacks and Blue Bell Ice Cream. OTHER AMENITIES – walking areas (around the buildings on the front 3 acres), lounge furniture, picnic tables, fishing pond, wild-life and bird watching, BBQ pits, some rooms with porches, scenic views in all directions. IN ROOM: Each room has a king or queen size bed, private bath (4 with Jacuzzis) & others have a shower, 2 with a full kitchen, heat, AC, TV, books and videos, most with a porch and common room access. BREAKFAST: We serve a large hot breakfast, and our breakfast is served family style at 9 am. The Kuebler Waldrip Haus B&B breakfast may include egg dishes, fresh fruit, fresh meat, homemade bread, pancakes, juice, coffee, tea, and other condiments depending on what is served. Our bed and breakfast in Texas has a revolving menu. Please let us know if you have any dietary concerns (eggs, milk or others) so that we can accommodate you. |

Come relax at this authentic New Braunfels Texas bed and breakfast located on 43 Hill Country acres just 3-6 minutes from New Braunfels and Historic Gruene Texas. Our convenient Texas lodging location is between San Antonio and Austin Texas off of IH35 and minutes from New Braunfels rivers, shopping, restaurants and attractions. Our bed and breakfast buildings include the KUEBLER WALDRIP HAUS, an original cedar timber and limestone rock 1847 German homestead house (5 bedrooms); THE DANVILLE SCHOOLHOUSE, an original 1863 one-room schoolhouse that was moved to our property in 1990 (4 bedrooms); or DEER HAVEN, a new Texas cottage cabin fully furnished with 3 bedrooms. Bed and breakfast lodging rooms include 4 that sleep 2 and 6 rooms that sleep 3 or more guests. Kuebler Waldrip Haus B&B will sleep 22 to 34 guests with children welcome (from 0-100). Open all year. Free night for the person that catches the Armadillo!! Last minute and weekday discounts welcome. |
